How to use

Step 1: Cleanse the skin and allow the skin to completely dry.

Step 2: Apply a thin layer of Obagi Nu-Cil™ Eyelash Enhancing Serum to the base of the upper lash line. (Do not apply to the lower lid or any other areas)

Step 3: Wait 90 seconds for the product to dry completely before applying another product to the skin.
