At the heart of Plumped’s day-to-day success, Jessamine ensures every detail runs smoothly—from behind-the-scenes logistics to the client experience. Known for her infectious positivity and love of humor, she leads with both structure and spirit, believing that every day should include a reason to smile.

Jessamine’s enthusiasm for skincare, injectables, and all things aesthetics is matched only by her dedication to building a supportive, well-organized environment for both clients and team members alike.

Outside of the office, Jessamine enjoys life with her fiancé and their 4-year-old son, making memories together whenever they can. She also finds joy in painting, spending quality time with friends, traveling and staying active through fitness and wellness.

Meet Kristina—aka Kris—an experienced Registered Nurse with nearly eight years of clinical expertise who has found her true calling in the world of aesthetics. Since entering the field, Kristina has quickly gained recognition for her ability to build meaningful client relationships and consistently deliver precise, personalized care.

She blends a strong scientific foundation with an innate eye for artistry, creating beautiful, natural-looking results that clients are proud to wear. Her passion lies in facial balancing through neuromodulators and dermal fillers, enhancing harmony and proportion to achieve a look that’s effortlessly elevated and authentically you.

When clients sit in Kristina’s chair, they’re not just receiving expert care—they’re catching up with someone who feels like a best friend. Her warm, welcoming energy ensures every visit is comfortable, transparent, and confidence-boosting.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys life’s simple pleasures: spending time with her husband, breaking a sweat at the gym, enjoying dinners with girlfriends, and relaxing with her two lovable dogs. MASTER AESTHETICIAN

Combining her expertise as a luxury beauty expert with her mastery of healing distressed skin, Anna Quan has been perfecting her craft for luxury skincare services since 2016. After receiving her license in Cosmetology Science, she expanded her knowledge into the skincare world, going on to earn her Skincare Specialist Certification with a major global luxury brand in 2018. Anna’s reputation for helping her clients achieve their individual skin goals has preceded her. Anna has worked with public figures and an elite group of clients around the globe. As a licensed cosmetologist and aesthetician, Anna is particularly fascinated with — and committed to — treating and correcting major skin issues such as acne-prone skin & uneven pigmentation caused by hormonal changes and environmental interruptions. Using her extensive experience and training, Anna works to customize effective skincare treatments, while still providing a luxurious experience for her clients every time.

Morgan specializes in undetectable injectables and a holistic, preventative approach to aesthetics that goes beyond the face. She considers your lifestyle, wellness habits, and long-term goals to create results that are subtle, intentional, and true to you. Her focus is on helping you feel more confident and in control of the aging process without ever looking “overdone.”

With a pre-med background in Health Science and a direct path into aesthetics, Morgan became a registered nurse solely to pursue this field. She has never worked in traditional nursing because aesthetics was always the plan. She believes beauty is not about changing who you are but reconnecting with what you may feel you have lost and bringing your inner confidence back to the surface.

Morgan is known for her relationship-first approach. She takes the time to educate, explain, and connect. Her patients often say she feels more like a therapist and hype woman than a provider. She will tell it like it is, always with warmth, humor, and your long-term goals in mind. No quick fixes here. Just thoughtful, high-quality care.

Her signature style is honest, holistic, and human. She will give you everything she has. Her time, her expertise, and her full attention if you trust her with yours.

Outside of the treatment room, Morgan lives in Lake Norman with her firefighter husband (wowza), their baby girl Emory(adorable), and two rescue dogs, Axe and Baby(troublemakers). She meal preps on Sundays and balances brain numbing reality TV with sciency podcasts. She is straight-shooting but never sharp, always adding a little butter to her truth croissant.

Jenya Rekut, RN an Aesthetic Injector with over eight years in the nursing field and a strong background in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Having spent the last five years working alongside top surgeons, Jenya has developed a meticulous eye for detail and a deep appreciation for the art and science of facial aesthetics.

Her approach to injecting is rooted in precision, balance, and artistry creating natural, confidence boosting results that enhance each patient’s unique beauty. Known for her perfectionism and warm, caring nature, Jenya strives to ensure every patient feels comfortable, understood, and radiant from the inside out.

Originally from Ukraine, Jenya carries her roots close to her heart valuing family, authenticity, and connection in every aspect of her life. Outside of the treatment room, she finds inspiration in art, movement, and nature. Whether she’s in the gym, spending time outdoors, or with her fur baby, she believes in living beautifully and staying inspired every day.

MASTER AESTHETICIAN, LME, CLT

Melissa has been a Licensed Aesthetician since 2009 and discovered her love for the industry after graduating college at The University of Toledo. She is NCEA Certified, an advanced certification program that is a master-level training, as well as a certified laser technician. She has a background in plastic surgery, enjoys clinical skincare and stays up to date with the latest aesthetic technology.

Helping people become more confident as well as achieving healthy, glowing skin is a passion of hers. This is done through not only customized products and treatments, but also education.

Melissa is known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail as well as creating a relaxing environment in the treatment room. Her areas of focus include corrective skincare treatments to help manage acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea as well as anti-aging.

When not working, she cherishes spending time with her 2 young boys, husband & sweet pup; running, working out and staying active; as well as reading, traveling, volunteering and enjoying all things related to wellness.

LEAD AESTHETIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Originally from Michigan, Nicoletta made the 600+ mile move to The Queen City in 2021, bringing with her a deep passion for aesthetics and patient care. Inspired years ago by her favorite show Botched, she fell in love with the transformative power of medical aesthetics and the confidence it can bring to people’s lives. Her goal is to build a lifelong career in the aesthetics industry, helping people feel like the best version of themselves.

As our Lead Medical Assistant at Plumped, Nicoletta plays a key role in supporting procedures, assisting with advanced trainings, and making sure patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in. Known for her friendly personality and ability to connect with just about anyone, she ensures every patient feels heard, cared for, and comfortable.

Outside of work, Nicoletta loves spending time with her long-haired chihuahua Titan, hanging out with her family, catching up with friends, and doting on any animal she meets. She’s happiest when she’s traveling, being active, or at the beach / near a body of water. Her coworkers describe her as happy, funny, and uplifting—and she brings that same energy to every interaction, motivated daily by her incredible team and the patients she loves to care for.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Natalie excels both as an Aesthetic Nursing Assistant and as a licensed Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker. Her dedication and discipline are evident as she nears the completion of her Associate’s Degree in Nursing, balancing two demanding careers while continually seeking opportunities for growth. Guided by a genuine commitment to making a positive impact, Natalie consistently goes above and beyond to support those around her.

Outside of her professional life, Natalie embraces activities that nurture her well-being and creativity. She enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, challenging herself at the gym, and experiencing the energy of live music as an avid concert enthusiast. These moments of balance allow her to return to her work with renewed focus, compassion, and drive.

Carmyn is the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk into Plumped, and she’s dedicated to making every visit feel seamless and special. With a background in health, wellness, and beauty, she combines professionalism with a personal touch to ensure patients feel cared for from the moment they arrive. As a certified personal trainer, Carmyn values helping others feel confident and empowered—inside and out—and she brings that same energy to her role at the front desk.

Outside of work, she loves staying active through strength training, Pilates, and discovering new ways to move her body. A beach lover at heart, she enjoys spending time by the water and balancing her healthy lifestyle with little indulgences (ice cream is her favorite!). Known for switching up her hair as often as her outfits, she embraces self-expression and change with confidence. Her favorite colors—gold and pink—reflect her love for elegance with a playful edge. Cabo San Lucas remains her favorite travel destination, inspiring her passion for beauty, relaxation, and new experiences.

Raised between the vibrant culture of Mexico City and the peaceful landscapes of Minnesota, she developed a deep appreciation for both inner and outer balance—something she brings into every aspect of her work.

With a warm, down-to-earth approach, Maya is dedicated to supporting others in feeling confident, cared for, and empowered in their own skin. Whether she’s working hands-on with patients or simply being a supportive presence, she believes wellness is personal—and that feeling good starts from within.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her walking outdoors, trying new workouts, cooking nourishing meals, or spending time with loved ones. Maya is passionate about continuous growth, both professionally and personally, and she’s always seeking new ways to learn, evolve, and support others in doing the same.
