    • Professional Credentials: Must possess an RN or an advanced medical degree, demonstrating a commitment to healthcare excellence.
    • Confidentiality Agreement: A signed NDA waiver is required prior to participation, ensuring a mutual respect for privacy and integrity.
    • Observation-Only Policy: Please note this is a shadowing opportunity without certification.
    • This is a 4 hour opportunity with a 20 minute question and answer session at the end.
